Jewelry Buyers Dallas knows that selling your jewelry is a big deal.  Often at times the item being sold has a high sentimental value attached to it.  We understand your hesitation and concerns when selecting the right company to sell such a valued piece of jewelry.  We want to assure you that we will treat your item with the utmost care, so that you don't have to worry.

How do I know I will get the best price?

We pay market value on all items, every article is valued with the customer present.  We pay a lot higher prices then most pawn shops and other dealers.  Click here to learn more about our process.

Since the majority of our customers are in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area they are able to meet us in person.  If you are looking to sell your jewelry and you live outside of this area please go here and fill out our form and someone will contact you.  

Do you remove stones to appraise and price items?

If a ring has a diamond we will give a rough estimated before we remove the diamond .To get the best price the diamond needs to be removed  to get exact details on it. Weight, color, clarity and cut ,this will determine the price.

Do you provide written appraisals?

Appraisals are only given for insurance purposes, and price will depend on the item or items to appraise.

How do I get paid?

We pay cash or by check depending on the amount.

Are my items safe and insured while your possession?

We have full insurance cover from Jewelers mutual insurance company and all items are covered while in our possession.

Is my transaction with you confidential?

All transactions are very much confidential.

On point of sale we fill out a sellers bill of sale that describes the items purchased and that they warrant good title of goods sold.

Do I speak directly with your appraisers about my items?

Yes, if you live in the area you will be able to meet with them.
