Do you remove stones to appraise and price items? |

If a ring has a diamond we will give a rough estimated before we remove the diamond .To get the best price the diamond needs to be removed to get exact details on it. Weight, color, clarity and cut,
this will determine the price. |

Do you provide written appraisals? |

Appraisals are only given for insurance purposes, and price will depend on the item or items to appraise. |

We pay cash or by check depending on the amount. |

We have full insurance cover from Jewelers mutual insurance company and all items are covered while in our possession. |

All transactions are very much confidential.
On point of sale we fill out a sellers bill of sale that describes the items purchased and that they warrant good title of goods sold. |

Yes, if you live in the area you will be able to meet with them. |
